If you booked directly with us (web, email or phone), contact us and we will help you. Depending on the selected fare, cancellation or modification may be charged. If you made your booking through another platform (such as Booking, Expedia, etc.), you will have to manage it directly with them.
If you are more than 20 people, you can do it through the "Groups" section on the website.
If you book multiple beds, we will try to accommodate your group in the same room. However, the only way to guarantee this is to book a private room.

Accessible dormitories are available, check with the accommodation for characteristics and availability.
A valid card with sufficient funds is required to make a reservation. By internal policy, the cardholder must be the same as the guest. If you want to make a reservation for another person, please contact us.
It is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of modification or cancellation.
Charging is done automatically on the day of check-in. Check the fare conditions for free cancellation and modification deadlines.
For multiple bookings, long stays and promotions, different conditions may apply.
Our reception is manned 24/7 but please let us know if you are going to be late to avoid cancellation of your booking.
Check-in time is from 15:00, but if your room/bed is ready on arrival, you will be able to enter before check-in time. You must present a valid and valid identification document.
Until 11:00. If you do not check out before 11:00, the hostel may apply additional charges.
Until 15:00 in private rooms, with extra cost and according to availability.

Towels are included in the private rooms. Dormitory rooms, whether private or shared, can be rented at reception for an additional charge.

All rooms, private and dormitory, have a full private bathroom inside the room, except some rooms in Barcelona (please consult). See the room descriptions of the destination hostel for more information.
The dormitories have drawers under the bunk beds to store your suitcase and/or personal belongings, which can be locked with a padlock. If you don't bring your own, you can buy one at reception.
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay except in private rooms and when accompanied by an adult.
We love animals, but in order to guarantee rest in shared rooms, we can only accept guide dogs in private rooms.
Eating is not allowed in rooms and dormitories.
Prohibited in all indoor areas and balconies.
Alcohol only for over 18s in bar/restaurant; drugs totally prohibited.
Respect and care for the furniture is required. Any damage, nuisance or non-compliance with the rules may lead to expulsion and additional costs. Quiet time is from 22:00 onwards.
For security reasons, friends and relatives of guests staying at the hotel are not allowed access to the rooms. You will be able to use the common areas of the hostel until silence time.
The hostel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend you use the lockers in the dormitories (remember to bring your own padlock) or the free safety deposit boxes available in the double rooms.
Free Wifi throughout the hostel.
Available on request and only in private rooms.
Some of our hostels are self-catering with washing machine and tumble dryer. If this service is not available, we can direct you to the nearest launderette.

In all our hostels there is always something going on: activities, events and a good atmosphere. Check our agenda on the website. We also have unique spaces that you can book for your private event. Ask us!
You can receive a package at the hostel by letting us know in advance. We are not responsible for loss or damage to packages received.
